This Privacy Notice describes how the SwapAQ website and pre-launch community may handle information before the full trading product launches. It will be updated as production features, service providers and legal requirements are finalized.
Information you provide
When you voluntarily contact SwapAQ, join the mailing list or participate in beta onboarding, you may provide information such as your email address, username, contact details, feedback or other information you choose to submit. Mailing-list email addresses are used to send SwapAQ news, launch information and product updates.
Website information
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and requested pages for operation, analytics, abuse prevention and security.
Gift card and transaction data
The live trading product is still in development. Before live orders open, SwapAQ will publish additional information about the data required for card verification, orders, identity checks if applicable, wallet transactions and dispute handling.
How information may be used
- Operate and improve the website and beta program.
- Respond to questions and product feedback.
- Protect the service against fraud, abuse and security threats.
- Meet applicable legal or compliance obligations when required.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate hosting, communications, security or other platform functions. SwapAQ does not publish a promise here that data will never be shared, because disclosures may also be required by law or necessary to protect the service and users.
Security
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send gift card codes, seed phrases or private keys through ordinary support messages.

This notice may change before or during beta as the product is finalized. The current version will be posted on this page.
