These terms currently apply to the SwapAQ informational website and pre-launch community. Separate or updated trading terms may be published before live gift card transactions become available.

1. Development status

SwapAQ is currently in development. Website descriptions, screenshots, supported cards, rates, fees, payout methods and beta features may change before launch.

2. No guaranteed rate or availability

Example rates, payouts and screenshots are illustrative unless they are presented as a live quote inside an active order flow. Gift card availability and pricing may change based on demand and eligibility.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use SwapAQ or its community to facilitate fraud, stolen gift cards, unauthorized access, phishing, malware, impersonation, money laundering or other unlawful activity.

4. Gift card ownership

Users of any future trading service must have the legal right to sell or transfer the gift card they submit. A declared balance does not guarantee that a card is valid, unused or eligible for payout.

5. Third-party services

SwapAQ may rely on third-party services such as Telegram, hosting providers, wallet infrastructure, identity or compliance providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

6. Security

Never provide seed phrases, private keys or Telegram login codes to anyone claiming to be SwapAQ support. Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts and devices.

7. Changes

These pre-launch terms may be replaced or updated before live trading begins. Continued use after updated terms are published may be subject to the new version.
